2. Refund and Cancellation Policy
We strive to maintain complete transparency regarding our billing, labor, and material costs.
- Cancellation Policy: Customers may cancel or reschedule their service booking at no cost, provided the cancellation is made before the technician arrives at the customer’s location. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us immediately at 093635 61062.
- Visiting Charges: If a customer fails to cancel the booking prior to the technician's arrival, and the technician reaches the scheduled location, the customer is strictly required to pay our standard visiting charge to compensate for the technician's time, travel, and fuel.
- Service and Labor Charges: If our technician has partially or fully completed the requested repair or installation, the customer is required to pay the service charges corresponding to the exact amount of work performed. Because labor cannot be undone, no refunds will be provided for work that has already started or been completed.
- Spare Parts and Materials: All required materials and spare parts are procured and installed only after receiving the customer's explicit approval and cost agreement. Because these purchases are processed strictly based on your approval, no refunds will be issued for any materials or spare parts purchased.
- Exceptions for Materials: The only exception to our material refund policy is if a supplied spare part or material does not match the specifications or requirements previously agreed upon with the customer. In this specific case, the incorrect part will be eligible for a replacement or refund.
3. Service Warranty
We stand by the quality of our workmanship and the genuine spare parts we provide.
- 90-Day Guarantee: We offer a 90-day service warranty on our repairs. If the exact same issue reoccurs within 90 days of the original service date, our technicians will inspect and resolve the issue free of labor charges.
- Exclusions: This warranty does not cover newly developed issues, physical damage caused after the repair, or problems resulting from external factors such as electrical power fluctuations or improper usage.
4. Terms of Service
- Service Provision: We provide 1-hour doorstep AC installation, un-installation, repair, and maintenance services across Chennai. Our technicians will assess your AC unit and provide an estimate before commencing any work. Final charges may vary based on the actual repairs and spare parts required, which will always be approved by you first. We ensure all technicians are experienced and we do not outsource to third-party vendors.
- Payment Terms: Payment is due immediately upon the completion of the service or the partial completion of agreed-upon work. We accept cash, UPI, and standard digital payment methods.
- Limitation of Liability: While we take the utmost care during servicing, AC Fixing Chennai shall not be held liable for any pre-existing damages to the AC unit, building wiring, or surrounding property.
