Warranty Policy
60-Day Service Warranty Coverage
Critical Security & Warranty Notice:
If a technician performs service without company knowledge (private deals or inviting technicians directly for future services), the company will not be responsible for any issues. Services done without an official company bill are strictly at the customer's own risk and are not covered under our company warranty.
Please note: Our 60-day warranty covers only the specific service processed. Any other new or unrelated issue is not covered.
Scope of Coverage: We cover only the specific repair/service processed during our visit. Unrelated or new issues arising subsequently are not covered under our warranty.
Warranty Period: The service warranty is valid for 60 days from the date of service completion, as shown on your service invoice/receipt.
Spare Parts: Warranty on replaced spare parts is subject to manufacturer/supplier terms and is handled independently of the service warranty.
Inspection Charges: A nominal diagnostic fee of INR 299 is applicable if the customer chooses not to proceed with the recommended repair.
Physical Damage: Physical damage, water damage, or electrical voltage surge damage occurring after service completion is not covered under warranty.
Third-Party Tampering: Any repair, modification, or tampering done by the customer or any third-party technician after our service voids the 60-day warranty immediately.
Limitation of Liability: AC Fixing is an independent service provider and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from machine failure.
