Our technicians safely pump down the refrigerant gas into the outdoor compressor unit, disconnect the indoor unit completely from the wall, and dismantle all components. The evaporator coils, blower fan wheel, and drain pan receive a 100% chemical high-pressure jet wash to remove stubborn mold and dirt.
Using a specialized waterproof splash jacket attached on the wall, high-pressure jet water cleaning is performed directly on the indoor cooling fins and blower without disconnecting copper piping. This maintains maximum airflow during mid-season servicing.

The Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) commences immediately on the date of successful payment receipt and remains valid for exactly 1 Year (365 Days). Services are applicable for registered units in Chennai and Puducherry regions.
The AC unit must be in 100% working condition at the time of AMC activation. Any pre-existing breakdown, gas leak, compressor failure, or PCB fault discovered during initial inspection must be repaired at standard rates before AMC coverage begins.
Each AMC includes 1 Full Pumpdown Chemical Wash (Market Value ₹1,799) and 1 On-Wall Jet Cover Wash (Market Value ₹849). If an AMC customer requests any extra maintenance wash during the 1-year contract period, it will be provided at a 50% discounted rate (50% chargeable).
Upon registering a service or repair complaint, an AC Fixing technician will attend the call within 24 Hours. Repair resolution will be completed within 1 to 6 Days depending on issue severity and spare part availability.
The Full Comprehensive AMC covers free repair or replacement of compressor, fan motor, blower, capacitors, sensors, PCB board repair, and refrigerant gas top-up/refilling (R32, R410A, and R22). Valid for Split & Window AC units up to 7 Years of age.
